Skyping with Deakin Student

On Wednesday Rebecca Lourey, and two West Warrnambool jstudents oined us in a half hour Skype chat.
Rebecca ran a get to know you activity, and then we tried to do a 'draw and talk 'activity where the kids could follow her instructions to draw a dog and a chicken. The kids had fun and learnt about the talk and draw feature in Skype. If you have not got the lastest version of Skype, (3.5) download it so you can try this too! Let me know if you'd like to do this with my class to give it a go. Do you find this valuable?
